Jiangsu Three&Three Information Technology Co., Ltd. to build a five-star new smart farm in Yandong Town, fully utilizing digital technology to achieve comprehensive visualization of crop production management, digital accumulation of production experience, and precise analysis of production effectiveness. It has become a leading demonstration site for "unmanned farms" in grain production in Jiangsu Province.
The Five Star New Smart Farm, supported by six major system backends including digital farmland base, three-dimensional perception of farmland information, unmanned agricultural machinery driving transformation, decision analysis prescription, intelligent irrigation control system, and comprehensive management platform, forms the cornerstone of intelligent operation of the farm. It realizes intelligent operation and control of the entire process of cultivation, planting, management, and harvesting, ensuring the efficiency and safety of agricultural production, and providing advanced experience and technical models that can be referenced and replicated for the digital construction of farms in the whole district, city, and even the whole province.
1. Stereoscopic perception of farmland information
With digital farmland as the core, we aim to achieve "one location code" image storage management and create a three-dimensional perception system for farmland information, including seedling monitoring system, soil moisture system, outdoor meteorological station, pest monitoring system, and intelligent crop information collection system. This system can collect real-time information on seedling, moisture, pest, weather, and crop growth, and provide forecasting and early warning. The addition of mobile apps enables farm managers to view agricultural environment information anytime and anywhere, achieving precise management.
2. Precision homework intelligent control
In terms of precision operation and intelligent control, smart irrigation control systems and unmanned agricultural machinery automation driving have become the "advanced weapons" of farms. The smart irrigation control system, with intelligent control and the Internet of Things as its core, realizes remote control of irrigation water supply and remote opening and closing of gates, effectively improving irrigation efficiency and water resource utilization. Unmanned agricultural machinery has achieved safe, high-quality, and efficient agricultural production through the combination of automated driving transformation and intelligent operation software systems.
3. Intelligent guidance for agricultural production
Develop a decision analysis prescription system that fully integrates remote sensing technology into the rice and wheat production process, uses algorithms to analyze crop growth, diagnoses and evaluates the entire field, and achieves real-time monitoring of crop growth status and yield prediction. The system integrates experience models and AI analysis models, combined with farm planting experience, to generate accurate decision-making prescriptions and push planting plans to unmanned plant protection machines and agricultural machinery, providing real-time guidance for production and achieving intelligent and precise agricultural production management.
4. Integrated management of unmanned farms
The construction of a comprehensive management system for unmanned farms is also a major highlight of the project. The system integrates functions such as crop growth monitoring, soil information monitoring, intelligent equipment supervision, and production management decision-making, achieving comprehensive management of the farm. The establishment of the Five Star New Smart Farm Exhibition Center allows managers to easily grasp the operation of the farm, and combined with the characteristics of digital smart farms, a three-dimensional virtual image is constructed that can be used for online voice explanations to introduce the construction and operation of the farm, providing an important platform for the promotion and publicity of unmanned farms.
At present, the core area of Wuxing New Smart Farm has reached 300 acres, with a radiation area of 2000 acres. According to calculations, after the project is applied, the farm will increase its annual yield by more than 8% compared to ordinary planting areas, with an increase of 100 yuan per mu; At the same time, the use of pesticides and fertilizers has been reduced by about 15%, resulting in a cost reduction of 80 yuan per mu; The labor cost has been reduced by about 40%, saving 210 yuan per mu of labor. The total cost reduction and efficiency increase per mu is 390 yuan, and the economic benefits of the core area have increased by nearly 150000 yuan.
In addition,Jiangsu Three&Three has deeply integrated digital technology into traditional agriculture in Tinghu District, focusing on the characteristics of "main urban area and large rural areas". It has also created digital agriculture application achievements such as Tingnong Cloud Tinghu Agriculture and Rural Big Data Platform, Yandong Yangjiao Pepper Industry Big Data Platform, Xinchong Pepper Agricultural Internet of Things Innovation Application Base, and Wugang Village High Standard Farmland Efficient Water saving Irrigation Project. Multiple agricultural Internet of Things monitoring points have been deployed, and relevant research data analysis work has been carried out to continuously promote the high-quality development of modern agriculture in Tinghu District.
