On July 3rd, Cai Heng, former first level inspector of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and chairman of the "Head Goose" Development Alliance, a leader in rural industry revitalization in Jiangsu Province, visited Jiangsu Jiangsu Three&Three.
