On the afternoon of January 6th, the 2022 graduation ceremony of the "Head wild goose" project for cultivating leaders in rural industrial revitalization in Jiangsu Province was held at Nanjing Agricultural University, and 580 "Head wild goose" successfully graduated.

Ding Yanfeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Nanjing Agricultural University, Xia Xiaojiang, a second level researcher from the Science and Technology Education Department of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and other leaders attended the event. Liu Weimin, General Manager of Jiangsu Three&Three, was invited as a mentor representative to present awards, bronze medals, and graduation certificates to all "top wild goose" graduates.

With the joint efforts of all parties, in 2023, 3 of the first batch of leading wild goose will receive funding from the "Top Ten Farmers in China" project, 12 will be awarded the "Three Belt" New Talent of Jiangsu Province, more than 30 will be selected as the annual "Top 100 Family Farms in Jiangsu", and 15 will be selected as the first excellent agricultural professional managers in Jiangsu. They will undertake agricultural projects at all levels worth over 150 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of over 65%.

At the ceremony, in order to better assist the long-term development of various "leading enterprises" in Jiangsu, the "Jiangsu Rural Industry Revitalization Leader 'Leading Enterprise' Development Alliance', Jiangsu 'Leading Enterprise' Development Research Team, and Jiangsu 'Leading Enterprise' Incubation Service Platform were established at the same time. Liu Weimin, General Manager of Jiangsu Three&Three, attended the unveiling ceremony.

Over the past year, Jiangsu Three&Three has fully supported the high-quality construction and efficient development of the "Head wild goose" project, emphasizing the combination of classroom and on-site teaching, continuously enriching the knowledge reserves of leaders, effectively improving training effectiveness, and strengthening the systematic training of leaders.
