On August 14th, 2023, the first phase of the "Head Goose Seedling" cultivation service project for agriculture and rural areas in Nanjing was held at the Hanyuan Building of the Academic Exchange Center of Nanjing Agricultural University. Agricultural enterprise leaders, cooperative leaders, and rural wealth leaders from all over Nanjing participated in the training. On August 16th, Liu Weimin, General Manager of Jiangsu Three&Three, was invited to attend and give a special report on "Reflections and Exploration of Smart Agriculture".

The "Head Goose Seedling" Training Special Action is a brand project promoted by the Nanjing Agriculture and Rural Bureau to accelerate the cultivation and incubation of agricultural and rural talents, promote the construction of agricultural and rural talent teams, and assist in rural revitalization.

At the training meeting, General Manager Liu Weimin combined domestic and international agricultural development experience, focused on unmanned farms, and combined with the actual case of Jiangsu Three&Three, emphasized the relevant technologies and construction of unmanned farm information perception, intelligent irrigation, and precision operation of agricultural machinery. Explaining in a clear and concise manner, providing detailed and vivid information, has greatly benefited the 'head goose seedlings'.

To comprehensively promote rural revitalization, talent is the key. In recent years, Jiangsu Three&Three has provided multiple types and levels of training activities, including the "Head Goose" project for cultivating leaders in rural industry revitalization in Jiangsu Province, the cultivation of "Head Goose Seedlings" in agriculture and rural areas in Nanjing, and high-quality farmer training courses, continuously using professional knowledge to support rural revitalization.

As a bridge and link for various new types of local smart agriculture operators, Jiangsu Three&Three will closely focus on the work of rural revitalization center, actively explore new development paths, and contribute to promoting students to truly grow into "leading geese" leading the comprehensive rural revitalization and achieving the grand goal of building a strong agricultural country.
